Protocol put in place should have been explained at the time of booking itself.

Since I have Saturday only, there was a waiting period of 2 weeks to get the booking.

All personal engagements were put aside for the appointment. However, due to urgent call from office , there was a 20m delay, due to which the appointment ended in mere consultation and no treatment. A total loss of my precious time and effort in trying to rush to the clinic for my appointment.

If the protocol was explained previously, I would have informed the clinic when it became clear that I would not reach the clinic on time, and sought alternative measures.

To the doctor : kindly consider that we are not living in a place or time where everything goes as per plan. Putting off the treatment for another time because of a 20m delay is not proper.

It was a very good experience and I could able to overcome my present tooth issues. I am very much satisfied
