Ambience of the clinic was good and the staffs were well mannered but the treatment was not fine. It was just wastage of time and money. I won't recommend this doctor to anyone. Really not satisfied with the medications she prescribed for me. I even don't know why she prescribed me to use such cosmetics containing lots of harmful ingredients from her own clinic. It was just not worth of money. Concerns are not cleared and the patient doctor interaction was not fine. I felt like she just wanted to sell out all these stuffs. Thumbs down..

The doctor specializes in cosmetic treatments. Upon confirming with reception if they offer the treatment, I scheduled an appointment for my son for a skin allergy. Nevertheless, the doctor recommended consulting another doctor for allergy treatment. The doctor provided the right direction, however, the staff could have declined my appointment initially so that I could have saved my time and money. **** ***** * **** *** ******* ****** ******* *******, I will consult a doctor whom I personally know or who is recommended by my close circle.

Dr explained the reasons for my acne, things to follow and care while in medication. Ma'am suggested me to purchase only the medicines which is necessary and others if it is required only. Ma'am explained very patiently about the medicines and importance of follow up. Ma'am is very friendly and listened patiently about all my skin issues. Above all the skin atmosphere is clean and tidy. Staffs are very cooperative. I will surely suggest her to everyone. I felt confident that I met the right doctor.

I visited Skinessence in the month of September

2020. I had severe irritation on my legs due to constant itching.Dr Annu checked me properly and then gave me a clear picture of what I should do in a very simple manner.I felt the Doctor to be very compassionate and friendly. I had issues with hairfall as well for which the Doctor prescribed the medicines and honestly told me that it would take time to see the result. One thing I really appreciate about Dr Annu is that she never forced me to buy the medicines or start the treatment immediately She clearly explained the cost of the treatment and said I could start the treatment if only Iam comfortable with the expense.
