I have been a regular visitor to milestone with 2of my kids.

1.Doctor is always friendly which is good but not all staffs are friendly. ..and the old building toy area especially needs alot of improvement in terms of hygiene.

Children do get attracted to toys over there and we cannot stop them from playing..n so the area needs to be cleaned well.

2.If all who comes there are forced to remove sandals n shoes outside the clinic then the ones working inside the clinic has to remove them first and set an example to others.

3.I'm sure if the visiting charges are reduced then more patients would come.

Hoping that in the new building and these issues are solved.

I am writing after ³ days of our visit. Didnt wanted to jump into writing a first impression feedback.

We went with our baby having a severe chest congestion and cough leading to major discomforts in breathing and sleeping. We had been to 2 doctors before and our baby was under antibiotics, cough syrup and nebulization but still her health was worsening. Also we were apprehensive about changing a doctor again in the mid course of antibiotics. But I am glad we went to Dr Anand's.

It's 4th day now and we are more than relieved. Baby has slept well and improved a lot. Medications are still on and another review by the doc is due.

Definitely worth suggesting to every affected neo natals and aggrieved parents....

Our experience with Dr Anand has been really great. He had the patience to hear out our kid's problem. After meeting him all our anxieties were put to rest. Also, there has been a lot of improvement in our kid's health since the visit. Another positive is that he prescribed a bare minimum of Medicines and desisted from giving antibiotics at the first go.

Above all this, the way he interacted with the kid instantly put her at ease.

And if that was not enough... He personally called the following day to check on the health of the kid. Now what more could we ask for!!

We would surely not think twice before recommending Dr Anand to our friends and family.
