I reached out to Sruthi as a new mother who was learning to deal with parents and family members being away. Sruthi was patient and heard everything I had to say carefully. She had an immediately calming influence on me. During our consultations, she laid out different perspectives for me to think about and also gave me some exercises and mental models to use and understand. All my sessions with her were productive and the best part was how she made sure to keep in touch and check up on me from time to time after our sessions were over. That really made me feel cared for. Thank you Sruthi for all your help.

It’s so peaceful to talk to Dr.Sruthi. She listens so intently, and even if I bring up something I had spoken about in an earlier conversation, she immediately knows. That makes me feel so important. I remember in the beginning I had a lot of physical manifestations of my anxiety and I used to cry easily, through 4-5 sessions, Sruthi was able to give me practical solutions of things I could be doing that would help. It’s reached a stage where those physical symptoms have drastically come down, and now I am able to deal with those so much better. She is very professional and genuinely concerned, like she keeps in touch with you even in between sessions. Session plans are given after each session and I have found those very useful. Definitely recommend her 100%.

I got to know about Ms. Sruthi through a friend who used to go for therapy to her. I was feeling down for more than 2 years and had even met another therapist and had a relapse. I had lost all interest in life. But within 3-4 sessions, there was marked improvement. She encouraged me to resolve problems quickly rather than delving excessively into my past. If you want someone who listens empathetically and also drives you to achieve goals quickly - I would highly recommend her.

She listens to you very carefully and gives you the space and time, so that you are comfortable. I really like talking to her and little by little my difficulties began to disappear. .

Very pleasant. Very patient and encouraging to speak. During these covid times, i was very conscious about how a google meet counselling would work. However, it went very smooth. It's hard for me to get my emotions put out in words, however Dr.Sruthy was very much involved and encouraging to convert feelings and thoughts into words. I'm looking forward for our upcoming sessions for now.

Ms Sruthi was extremely welcoming, accommodative, and helpful. Her counselling was incredibly helpful, her advice was extremely valuable, and she was very responsive to all my needs. She exceeded my expectations and has genuinely contributed to improving my mental health greatly.
