Dr. Surbhi had me running around within a week or two of daily sessions following an ankle fracture that had left me limping for months after the cast had been removed. She's very friendly and explained the treatment to me in detail. Her handling of my issue was personalised and professional. I was able to walk comfortably for multiple kms every day right after my first set of sessions with her. I returned to her to have some lingering discomfort and swelling taken care of a month later (following a long holiday), which she did in a single needling session. Super happy with the treatment I've received thus far.

I went there for the shoulder blade and muscles pain. The doctor, Surbhi sharma explained everything in detail what the problem I have. When I went there, the pain was excruciating but after 5-6 sessions, the pain becomes manageable. She even told me some exercises and other techniques to do at home. I had a very good experience with the doctor.

Dr Surbhi Sharma is thoroughly competent and experienced in her field. Also she is a truly committed professional. I received a call a day ina dance personally from her before the start of my treatment itself where she asked relevant questions. When I visited, she was in time, took time to understand my issue. I visited Dr. Surbhi when I was suffering from severe neck pain, to the point that I couldn’t sit comfortably for even short periods, despite wearing a soft cervical collar for support. I also experienced persistent nausea and occasionally had to take anti-vomiting medication, though only once within 24 hours when needed. To make matters worse, on the day of my first consultation with Dr. Surbhi, I took an auto rickshaw to her clinic, but unfortunately, Google Maps directed me down a terribly bumpy road, and as if that wasn’t enough, I had also forgotten my cervical collar at home. By the time I arrived, my symptoms had intensified—I felt nauseous and dizzy and had to take another dose of anti-vomiting medicine to get through the day.

Then, like an angel, Dr. Surbhi Sharma entered.

She listened to me with remarkable patience and carefully assessed my symptoms. After a thorough diagnosis, I was told I had Cervical Vertigo. On that very same day, she began my therapy. Throughout each session, Dr. Surbhi was incredibly gentle when working on my neck, and with each passing day, I started to feel better. She also recommended exercises and simple at-home treatments, gradually introducing more as my condition improved. Over time, I fully recovered, and I owe it all to Dr. Surbhi.

It’s rare to find a doctor who listens so patiently to their patients and takes the time to understand every detail of their symptoms. Dr. Surbhi is one of those rare gems.

I followed her home program religiously—exercises, cold and heat therapy, and applying anti-inflammatory gel. On one occasion, when Dr. Surbhi wasn’t available, I had a session with Dr. Swati, who was also helpful.

Dr. Surbhi is highly communicative when it comes to delays or cancellations of therapy sessions due to unavoidable circumstances, always considering whether my symptoms were manageable. On one or two occasions, I had to wait, but overall, she handled appointment timing conflicts very professionally when multiple patients arrived at the same time.

I also appreciate the location of the clinic, nestled among farmhouses, far from the noise of busy traffic and road pollution. The peaceful, pin-drop silence and surrounding greenery create a calming atmosphere that instantly helps you feel better.

I have one suggestion: adding a bench, just outside the clinic, for three people would be helpful, as the cleaner is often present and patient timing can overlap slightly. This would ensure comfortable seating if the clinic isn't open yet.

Dr. Surbhi is an experienced doctor. I visited GSB for physiotherapy for my back pain and I my pain started getting better in just 2-3 sessions. She is super nice, kind and knows what she is doing. Highly recommend

I visited Dr. Surbhi Sharma to get treatment for my back ache after visiting multiple orthopedics.Dr. Surbhi Sharma is a fantastic person and very professional in her work. She is very gentle and polite with her patients and listens to the problem(s) with immense calm. She explains things with so much clarity that there are no doubts left, which I believe is incredible quality. The other best thing I experienced is that she asked about my progress/health status daily (even on WhatsApp) and decided the approach accordingly. Brief about my back ache problem:I was suffering from an upper back ache for more than 2.5 months. I visited a couple of orthopedics and took medication for about 2 months, but it didn't help me much. I could feel the tenderness and pain even after completing the prescribed course.
