Every time I meet her, I come back being a better version of myself. She always helps me grow and become more rationale and positive. She is extremely friendly and the session is always on time. Would highly recommend her to anyone facing any kind issues.
Tejasvini has a professional approach from the first session (consultation) where she primarily understands her client in detail and why they have reached out to her in a detailed manner. Her recommendations over the last 6 Xmonths have worked for me and I can recommend her to anyone navigating through a tough time in life.
Have faced issues with scheduling sessions because of her unavailability.
Ms. Tejaswini is the most amazing and friendly psychologist. When I first spoke to her, I was at my lowest phase in life, but right after every session I used to feel energised and much better and positive at the same time. The way she motivates one to look at the positive sides is highly commendable. She made me feel comfortable to vent out. I strongly recommend anyone going through any personal issue to speak to her. She not only understands the problem from a non judgemental perspective but provides you with a feedback as well. Her advices and the exercises she used to give me after every session has changed my perspective as well as about life in general and that's what I needed the most. I recommend anyone going through a difficult phase to seek professional help and take care of mental health.
Dr. Tejasvini Sinha is an amazing therapist. She has been helping me out in dealing with several anxiety issues over these last few months and results are definitely appreciable. She listens to your problem carefully, understands them thoroughly and helps you in finding solutions to these issues. I'd be happy to recommend her to anyone who needs help.
Ms. Tejasvini provided me a safe space to vent and talk about what I had been going through. She listened intently and gave me insights on how to deal with my problems. I have taken a few sessions with her and I can say that I am a happier, more hopeful person now.
I met her for work related stress. She has a great positive vibe about her. She tried to understand my situation and gave me a good insight about myself. Maybe in few sessions we would get to the actual root of the problem. She gave me a good exercise as well to deal with anxiety. She is very good at her work. Highly recommend her.
I started seeing Tejasvini for my anxiety issues. I was going through a rough phase and was constantly overthinking, getting anxiety attacks, and thoughts about self-harm. I then planned to take up online therapy sessions from Tejasvini. She explained to me how the whole process will work just after the initial assessment.
After a few sessions, I started feeling a lot better and also got an insight into myself.
I thank Tejasvini for being supportive throughout. The exercises/ assessments she gives as homework are extremely beneficial too!
Dr Tejasvini from the first session on was very clear as to what to and what not to expect, which was great as it was my first in therapy and I was hesitant. She is non judgemental and approachable, making it easy to share and helping with the process. At the same time, she is very competent, able to identify issues and provide concrete suggestions and exercises to assist with overcoming them. Given this was during a pandemic and over video chat, she also adjusted very well to the lack of face to face communication and the 'technical failures' that come with video calling etc making it a smooth and less frustrating experience as well.
Even though i was cognizant of my temper issues for many years i had felt stigmatised In seeking help . Ms Tejaswini came across as an adept and distinguished therapist.
An erudite and amiable person her disarming smile and calm demeanour engenders a safe space and an environment of trust where its easier to open up and share freely. Her approach is very patient and nurturing and that helps put one at ease and explore the discomforting and unsettling aspects of ones health free from judgement. She's been a tremendous help in navigating a particularly tumultuous time in my life with sensitivity and grace. All credit to her for making therapy engaging and rewarding.
Tejasvini has remarkably helped my anxiety and stress related problems. I recommend her to everyone looking for a friend in the guise of a therapist. She’s calm, pleasant, understanding and challenges me to think differently and apply innovative solutions to help my mental health. Every session with her has helped me greatly. She is the type of therapist that manifests independence instead of dependence and I love that about her!
