I have been taking therapies with Tejasvini for nearly a year. I had issues pertaining to coping with my life situations and chronic illness, and associated behavioural changes due to the unchanging situations. Since the initial sessions, she has greeted me with a vibrant smile, coming in to the session room with quite an energetic vibe and start.
She talked in a very encouraging way, and assured me that none of my thoughts were or invalid. This made me open up, and made me feel that I wouldn't be judged for any of my thoughts. Hence, I could express myself better, as howsoever underwhelmed I may feel of my thoughts, she never made me feel so, she made me feel it's alright, I expressed, and the question she would ask in return, that she described as the part of CBT, made me reconsider my thoughts. Therapy as a process is slow, and as a person I am quite impatient, angry and impulsive. There were times when I had often projected my anger of the situation of my life on her which isn't right and any person would react back badly, but she knew how to handle me. It's only possible when you are able to trust your psychologist the most. Because during the last year, I learnt that I had to be receptive to the feedbacks and suggestions they give you. Sometimes, I felt that some suggestions weren't alright at that moment but in retrospect, they were. She knew what she had in mind. For instance, I remember, I would keep asking her for sessions which were very close in duration. She wasn't concerned about increasing the number of sessions but didn't want me to be dependent on her. She wanted me to learn coping capabilities with her as a help. Sometimes, it doesn't makes sense to us at that time, but in retrospect, I think it made me better.
The most distinct qualities that I think that would set her apart would be that she gives her full attention during the session. Due to circumstances, I have been quite a distrustful person, and I was able to confide in her and develop trust in her. It's quintessential that there is trust between you and your therapist. I could get a good vibe from her. Not only this, after been taking therapies, I have come to believe that therapies aren't for people who are sick or mentally unwell- we all have some issues or struggles in life and therapy teaches skills that helps to manage day to day life better.; to become a stronger person and you start feeling that you aren't weak. You start believing that problems will exist and you might start helping others. I have been urging people in life to seek therapy because it is not something that they should take when things are out of control but learning to deal with a life which is supposed to be hard for all, I guess. I have developed a trust in Tejasvini as a therapist that she is excellent, and if my experience has helped me, I would definitely want that it be shared with others who might be helped as well. I would be enthusiastic to give her my highest recommendation. Thank you!

An Exceptional Therapist who transforms lives!
I have been seeing Dr. Tejasvini Sinha for the past 4 months and I can genuinely say that my life has been transformed in ways I never expected. I would like to mention that I have seen multiple therapists before her and all had ended in dissatisfaction. From the moment I began working with Dr. Sinha, I felt understood, respected, and truly heard. Her ability to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment is unmatched. It’s clear they are deeply invested in their clients' well-being, and their approach is both empathetic and insightful.
What stands out the most is how Dr. Sinha combines her professional expertise with a rare sense of kindness and compassion.
Beyond her exceptional skill, Dr. Tejasvini Sinha is simply a wonderful person. Someone who genuinely cares about their clients. I feel incredibly lucky to be working with her and have the deepest gratitude for the positive impact they have had on my life. If you are considering therapy, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was seeking therapy for the very first time in my life and Tejasvini made me feel comfortable from the very first session. She always greets me with a big smile at the doorstep and the session ends with the same warm care, as she drops me off again at the doorstep. I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance she has provided throughout our sessions. Tejasvini’s compassionate approach, active listening and genuine empathy have created a safe space where I feel heard and understood. She has helped me navigate difficult emotions, offered valuable insights and provided tools to manage stress and anxiety more effectively. Each session with her leaves me feeling lighter, more confident and better equipped to face challenges with a positive mindset. I truly appreciate how she tailored each session to my individual needs and how patient and non-judgmental she is.
Tejasvini’s professionalism and warmth have had a profound impact on my well-being, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as my therapist. It never felt like therapy; it always felt like visiting a therapist friend. I’m thankful for the progress I’ve made with her help. Thank you Tejasvini, for everything you do!

Always greeting you at the door with childhood enthusiasm, Tejasvini makes you feel at home whenever you visit her.
She diagnosed me with MDD(Major Depressive Disorder) due to which i have anxiety as well. I am currently taking CBT(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) sessions with her for the past 7 months and i can say without a doubt that Therapy was something I needed badly.
This is my first time taking sessions with a Therapist and i am glad that I found Tejasvini. She is very warm, kind and showers you with love and affection. Her “No size fits all” motto ensures that each patient is dealt with very uniquely and in a way that suits him/her.
She listens to me very patiently, but at the same time challenges my incorrect belief systems through a series of assignments that I receive in almost every session. I am already feeling much better than before and this time i am pretty sure that i would be talking about Depression and Anxiety in the past tense, thanks to Ms. Sinha. More power and more good vibes to her.

My sessions with Tejasvini ma'am started a few months ago when I reached out to her through Practo for helping me deal with anxiety.
This was the first time I was going to see someone for anything mental health-related and hence, I was really scared and nervous, owing to the stigma that there is around therapy and wondered if it would actually help me in any way.
I don't think I have ever made a decision better than this in my life.
Sessions with Tejasvini ma'am have been really introspective, emotional and most importantly, really really helpful.
Her insights and attention to detail can only be surpassed by her friendly and positive nature, which in turn makes it super comfortable for one to talk about their issues. She provides you with a safe space where you can be your most vulnerable and real self without even an iota of judgement and the perfect ways to work towards a better and happier you.
Talking about myself, I am much better than I was a few months back. She has made me realize my own self worth, has taught me how to deal with anxiety and has helped me steer my outlook on life to a more positive one.
To everyone reading this, just pick up the phone and reach out to her if you think you need help. Highly highly recommended.
And just in case if you are someone who has never has never been to therapy before and are a little scared, take my word on this, therapy will really help you. Don't hesitate, just go for it!

Some context before I write my review - I have had issues with mental health (stress & depression) in the past. I tried both medicines and therapy back then, but the sessions didn't feel effective and I stopped going to my then therapist after some time.
This time the depression was more severe and came loaded with anxiety. To be honest, I did not have high hopes for therapy this time either. Had it not been for my desire to manage my problems without medicines, I would not have tried therapy at all. I am glad to say that the decision turned out well and I started feeling improvements right from the first few sessions.
Tejasvini is kind, warm, and genuinely empathetic. Probably the best thing about her is that she is very approachable. It feels great to have a therapist who truly understands your constant need for answers. She has helped me understand my problems better. I realize that my anxiety and depression will take time to heal and she has helped me in becoming more patient and mindful of my progress. She assigns me some simple tasks every week, and gradually, I have come to realize their relevance in breaking my "unhealthy" thought patterns. And now that I am no longer in Delhi, she has graciously accepted my request to take online sessions every week. I am grateful for my steady progress and definitely recommend her to everyone.

I started taking therapies with Tejasvini Ma'am a few months ago for helping me to treat anxiety and other issues about coping with life situations.
It was the first time I was seeing someone for my mental health-related issues, so I was very nervous as it was tough to accept that I need help but she made me feel comfortable with her heartwarming advice and validated my feelings. I am extremely grateful that I met her.
The discussions I had with her gave me hope, comfort, and courage to move on with life, no matter what the circumstances. Her thoughtful suggestions taught me how to manage my anxiety without medication and because of her positive thoughts and advice, I'm now living a happy life with my family, friends, and loved ones that I didn't know I could have again. Her words of wisdom guided me to exactly what I needed in my life.
It was the best decision of my life to take sessions with Tejasvini ma'am and she is the best therapist anyone could have.
To all the people who are reading this, reach out to her if you think you need help. Highly recommended.

I had been dealing with depression for a while. I had tried therapy before, and it hadn't worked for me. So, naturally I was hesitant about giving it another try, but I also realised I was at the lowest point in my life and I needed help.
When I first met Tejasvini, she made me feel comfortable, and the way she explained depression told me that she is extremely knowledgeable. It's not only natural, but also desirable for your therapist to know more about your psychological condition than you do. But it precisely her ability to not rub it in my face is what makes Tejasvini a fantastic therapist.
She never made me feel like my emotions are invalid. She offered me perspective on things in life, but never expected me to agree with her. Regardless of what would have been going on with other patients or her personal life, week after week she was there for me. Just knowing that somebody understands me, has the tools to help me, but most importantly is also willing to do everything that she can to help me changed my life.
Highly recommend.

Tejasvini has the sensibilities of a seasoned therapist and the warmth of a friend. Sessions with her are incredibly comforting, and insightful at the same time. Having been to various therapists (about 5) before meeting Tejasvini, I can vouch for her unparalleled dedication towards her clients. She is not quick to jump to conclusions, doesn’t judge, and provides an actual safe space for me to express myself, which is especially important during history-taking sessions. Additionally, she is always willing to work through issues with me repeatedly; she believes that if you want to talk about an event/occurrence repeatedly, you probably do need to talk it out until it has less power over you. Her willingness to converse with me as a friend puts me at ease, and I look forward to all my therapy sessions, even if we’re doing heavy lifting/ discussing heavy topics. I can trust Tejasvini with everything that goes on in my head, positive or negative, and I know she’ll be there, paying careful attention, and making me aware of issues I need to work through. I’ve done emotional work with her for about a year now, and it’s been the most productive Clint-therapist relationship I’ve had.
