She holds vast experience in working with conditions related to anxiety, emotion regulation, personality, family and couple issues as well as neuropsychology and severe Psychiatric illnesses. Her therapy style is based on third-wave therapies including Mindfulness-based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with traditional CBT styles, Interpersonal therapy and Systemic Therapy. As therapy is a highly collaborative process, my treatment approach is dependent on the individual needs and preferences of the clients through shared-decision-making.
