I was in a troubled state a month back and for the first time I felt like I needed professional help, but did not know where to find one. In 2016, I was diagnosed with Hypochondria aka health anxiety. I was constantly scared with the idea of having an undiagnosed disease. For the next 2-3 years, I had multiple panic attacks and went through almost all major tests including, MRIs, CT Scan, TMT & echo and blood tests for autoimmune diseases. All negative though.Last year, I decided to take help and started consulting Ms. Sonakshi. She is a great listener and she also patiently explains every single thing in great detail. She is extremely understanding and shows genuine empathy. I am really grateful to her for helping me to overcome my social anxiety and to improve my self esteem. On health anxiety front, she guided me to slowly change my mental perspective positively to the extent that I'm able to stay at ease in the middle of this global health crisis.
