I have been working with Ms Shweta for more than a year and I believe I have really taken a step ahead towards getting better in my mental health journey. Not only has Ms Shweta been supportive and generous with her time and effort, she has also been very helpful in generating more self awareness in me. With consistent and continuous effort, she has enabled me to manage my stress, anxiety and confidence levels. I started seeking help because of the drastic changes I was facing in my personal life. At the time I had not realised how difficult it was for me to adapt to change. With her kind voice and calm demeanour, Ms Shweta helped uncover the basis of such issues and many more. I went for therapy with Dr. Ms. Shweta Patel. She was sweet and genuine, and the sessions were very clear. Although the wait time was a bit long, around 20 to 25 minutes, I was very satisfied and would rate the experience 5 out of 5.

What I appreciate most about her therapy style is that it genuinely feels like a conversation. She doesn’t just sit back, nodding quietly while you unravel, instead she gently nudges you, asking the kind of questions that stay with you long after the session, which I really value.
