I started consulting Shivali mam a couple of months back.. Mainly regarding my personal struggle with ocd and how it adversely affected major n minor aspects my life..

Mam took time to listen.. And helped me to step by step learn to cope up with my anxiety and also help set a disciplined routine that i was unable to follow earlier..

Also she help change my thought process.. By giving me alternative aspects of my negative thinking..

The way she listened and guided helped me gaining my confidence back and also learn cope of with the ocd..

I was in a really bad place and due to lockdown my mental health got worse. I was always irritated and anxious and would wake up with panic attacks. After meeting Dr. Shefali my life changed. She helped me throughout my journey and took me out of the dark place. She made me more confident and to stand up for myself. She is the most friendliest doctor in town . The doctor was very supportive, she listen you very patiently , understand you then suggest you solutons about your problems. As I was suffering from anxiety disorder, she helped me alot to improve my thought process , right now I feeling much more better than ever. Still my councilling going on with her, i have feeling that I will be better with medication councelling.
