In April, I was recommended surgery at Sports Injury Centre. My MRI report was bad, I had already been given an injection in December.
My family Doctor, Dr. M. K. Saxena recommended that I go in for physiotherapy and that too for at least 3 months. I followed his advise very sincerely.
My present status is that I don't have pain and can do most of my activities quite comfortably. Dr. Sakshi Bansal my dear Physiotherapist has worked very hard on making the difference. The modalities, exercises, closely monitoring my condition all have helped.

she completely assessed me and then advised heating through diathermy and stimulation.
few days later she had taught me few exercises, which i practised and they really helped me to gain my walking habbit back.
