I’ve been to quite a few therapists over the years but never found the right fit. Roshni is the first psychologist who actually understood my problems through history taking and a test. She zeroed down on my issues brilliantly. It’s the first time ever I felt heard and hopeful that things can be resolved. Her advice is practical and she gives you small exercises to do that have positive effects on your brain and life slowly. Very knowledgeable, Roshni is also soft spoken, very easy to open up and she cares for you to be better. **** ************ * **** **** ****** ** *** ** ******

Roshni is very patient and supportive. I had sessions with her during very vulnerable periods in my life, and her association has benefited a lot. Most sessions were online. However, she was able to help me through my periods of anxiety even with through the remote sessions. She was available for consultation in short notice. Always felt like talking to a friend.

Pricing is reasonable.

I had tried counselling before and thought it wasn’t for me. I now realise that finding the right counsellor makes all the difference.

I went to see Roshni when I felt I was no longer able to cope and everything in my life was going wrong. I couldn’t understand why. Roshni was very incisive in identifying the issues. My sessions with her have not only helped me gain an understanding of my habits and patterns but also given me the tools to break the bad habits and understand what is important. As a result I feel in control, grounded and confident in all parts of my life and most importantly, I feel capable of moving forward in my life.

*** ****** **** **** ******* ********* **** **** ** ***** ********* *** **** ***** ********* ***** *** ** **** ********** ** ********* ***** Constantly looking at the phone, not really dig down the issue rather came to a direct conclusion that yes it’s childhood issue so i have to choose between Medication or therapy. She seemed least interested in listening to what i was trying to convey, and rather asked an extremely different question.

Not an attentive listener, kept staring at me while i was tired, just not a very warm vibe, I didn’t feel that she could empathise with the feeling and just wanted to get the therapy done.

Not recommended at all

I uses to have issues with anxiety and fequent crying spells. I started seeing Roshni for a little over a month now. Talking to her has helped. She listens without judgement. She has given me some simple tasks like journaling and meditation. I have also started sleeping well. And I feel a little more positive and have started enjoying the little things in life. So thank you.

Ms. Roshni has been a great help to me. Very helpful, always smiling, amd ever ready to help. Has the simplest solution to any issue, and explains everything very very clearly
