One thing I truly appreciated about Renuka was how genuinely she cared about my progress, even outside our sessions. She didn’t just listen; she helped me question the beliefs I had carried for years and accepted as “normal.” Sometimes it was uncomfortable, but it was exactly the kind of challenge I needed. Rather than telling me what to do, she asked thoughtful questions that helped me recognize my own patterns and see things from a different perspective. Looking back, I can honestly say that I’ve become more confident, calmer, and much more compassionate toward myself.

Had my first session with Renuka today and it felt very good. She listens to your concerns patiently, ask multiple questions to open you up which helped a lot in self realisation and suggests various ways to overcome your fears.
