My counseling is on going right now. I have taken approx 10 sessions till date (14-07-22) . And i can feel changes in myself, my behavior pattern, my anxiety level. I hope this get cured completely and doctor can help me with it :) . Overall its going good.

I started going for a therepy in March 2022 . Initially I met different councellor but it could not make my situation better . Lastly, i met Pooja mam and the very first day of councelling , i found that none of the councellor were actually foucussing on the reasons of my mental health issues. Because to trace the reasons of mental health issues is more important than coming to unreasonable solutions . All of my sessions with Pooja mam were of around one hour and she asks everything which troubles me . I had severe anxiety issues but now i m able to deal with my anxiety , anger and past traumatic experiences issues more than 60% . I feel normal .

I was facing a really hard time with my anxiety and depression but when I started seeing Ms. Pooja she helped me understand a lot of things which made me look things from a different and rational point of view.
