Recently I started having back pain and could not even sit on the the desk while working or even drive. It went difficult for me to work with this back pain. I did some exercise as suggested by Dr. Pooja and have found drastic reduce in the pain. I am trying to get more guidance by her so as to accommodate simple exercises in my day to day life to get rid of such pains. I would recommend all to get some suggestions if having muscular pain. It really helps.
