My interactive sessions with Pooja were filled with substantial insights into the way she was able to analyse and focus on the issues and proffer suggestions to me to work on some of those suggestions. I was undergoing a fairly depressive state of mind and though there were problems aplenty, was not able to delineate them and bucket them into specific categories.

Pooja was able to use her repository of experience and help identify the issues and without directly delving into the solutions, she have me time to explore and understand these problems, the root cause of these problems leading to the depressive state of mind. Her set of questions forced me to look further inward and understand the fundamental issues and then state what can be done.

She was able to provide me with a number of solutions which I have been able to incorporate in my life. It truly has been a wonderful experience with Pooja. Her ability to connect with the person and also the underlying issues is remarkable. I am grateful to her for her insights and wish her well.
