I met Neha for therapy after I joined a new office and got a lot of stress. I became depressed and also fought with my family. Someone recommended me to take therapy with Neha. I did not want to, but I am glad I did.

When I started my sessions with Neha, she addressed the issues at core which even I wasnt aware of and when I started to work on those issues which included lack of self love, low confidence, etc. I wasnt aware that they would help me at such a vast level and in a diverse amount of situations. These small things mounted up to big problems that were hard to address so I really recommend consulting with her. She is very polite, understanding, non judgemental and a humble person.
