I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Navjot Arora. When my 8-year-old daughter developed red spots on her legs, I was extremely worried. After discovering Dr. Arora through a Google search, I decided to visit him, and despite being a young doctor, he proved to be highly skilled. He quickly diagnosed the issue during our first visit, which brought me so much relief.

What truly sets Dr. Arora apart is not just his medical expertise but his compassionate care. He treated my daughter with kindness and provided clear guidance, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

One thing that stood out even more was his integrity. After the clinic mistakenly charged us for a follow-up visit that was just to address a few doubts, Dr. Arora promptly refunded the consultation fee. It's rare to encounter a doctor who is so committed to his patients' well-being, both medically and ethically.

I was suffering from acne/pimples issues for the last 5 year. During these 5 years, we visited to so many well renowned doctors but did not overcome with the acne/pimple issues and on the top wasted lot of time and money, I must say.

Then when we went to Delhi and one of my friend suggested for Dr Navjot (Dermaheal). We visited to his clinic and consulted with him and within no time Dr Navjot understood the issue and started the treatment. To my surprise, within 2 visits (duration 3 months) have almost came out of my acne/pimple issues. I am happy for this quick turnaround. Thank you Dr Navjot🙂

This is the first time I'm writing a review for a doctor and the reason is that he absolutely deserves it. He is a brilliant doctor and I can vouch for it. There hasn't been a single time when his medicines didn't do miracle on me. My first visit to his clinic was when I was suffering from excessive hairfall. I could see great results only in two visits and the medicines that he prescribed worked wonders on me.

There was the second time when I had a very bad infection near my lips and it wasn't getting better after all the home remedies. I had to go on a trip the next day. The medicine that he gave me worked miraculously and the infection decreased by almost 50%. I could even go on that trips. I am thoroughly impressed ** *** ********* *** I would definitely recommend him.

I had an appointment scheduled at 3.40 PM. I was asked to wait. At 4.25 I was the only patient in line to be sent in for consultation. I confirmed this with the receptionist while three Medical Representatives were sitting there.Instead of sending the patients in the receptionist sent the MR inside. When I asked them, she said they have gone in to give sir a gift and will not take more tha 5 minutes. I told her that I believe patient who has come to get treatment should have been sent in instead of MR. I was amazed at receptionist response who said that sir you must have got sms with 30 min waiting time

We visited for skin infection on my Daughter's lower leg. Firstly it was more than expected waiting time in the clinic which lasted for more than 45 minutes. ******* *** ********* ********** ** *** ****** *** **** ********* **** ***** ***However the clinic reception staff was not very cordial. We visited for follow up appointment and requested them to call us to avoid waiting time but still they didn't call us. Special mention to carry cash because their card machine doesn't usually work. And other payment options like PayTM, GPay will require good net connection to get payment done because network in the clinic is terrible.All in all, its better to have video consultation to avoid huge time wastage if possible and not to involve in any tiff with the clinic staff who are not so friendly. Not managed well at all in this Covid time where they don't care if there are 15 patients waiting in the clinic. Only recommended in case of emergency skin issues and you have lot of time at the disposal.

He prescribed me the methotrexinate steroid which is anti cancer drug in the first consultation even though I was diagnosed with psoriasis recently and this drug supposed to be given as last treatment. He just needs to get the results as fast as he can but not taking care of my whole body ** **** **** *** ****** ***** ** ****** **********

Navjot is a young and and very polite doctor. He took time to explain what skin problem I have and taken time to drew few sketches to explain why it has occurred.

My son who was visiting along had little signs of skin issues to and he checked him at no extra cost and suggested an ointment for him too.

Medicine results are awaited but Navjot was really value for money in today's world where patients are now ever worried with high charging OPD visits also.
