more..Well Dr Nandini along wid her colleauge Dr Jyoti put me bck on my feet in a mnth tim aftr diagonose wid Compressed nerve at L5 nd S1drastically aftr doing yoga xercise while hving bck pain. In a span of 5 hrs i cud not stand, walk or sllep as d pain hd travelled frm back to left leg till d fingers.It ws unbearable pain in d thigh/calf mucsle. Dr gv me cool ultrsonic/IFT fr d frst wk nd subsiquiently added more m/cs nd xercised. I m quite ok nw cn walk, stand nd sllep cooly.Many many Thx to both of dem who put me back in cool 35-40 dys. All d best Doc nd wish u all d best fr making smile on d future pts.keep carry d gud job !👍
