The way she explained me the cause of the problem and the solution was very satisfying. She told me where i was going wrong in my diet which made a lot if sense.

It wasn’t great...I had to wait like 2 hrs...appointment was at 2 and then after repeatedly telling the staff when will the doc see me...stafff had no clue. And then they checked and realised doc was not in the room.
They have no respect for people’s time. Staff and doc both had no clue of their appointments. Cloud nine needs to fix their wait time. They should not give appointments if they can’t manage it.
*** ****** ** **** *************** I booked for a video consultation and checked with her PA if she takes video call or audio and she confirmed it would be a video call.
But doctor was late by 15mins then suddenly call on my WhatsApp number as a audio call just to say fill this form and I will share the plan.
I filled the details in the WhatsApp itself as there was not any proper forms given and she then replied back will share in a while. Though i have shared my doctor prescription and all details of me being diabetic and pregnant she didnt see any of them.
Then just suggesting some options for food.******* ****** *** ******** ******* ***** *** ******** *** ** ***** **** ** **** ** ********** Asked her to share daywise chart over mail or excel like usually dietitians do.******* ********* ** ****** ******* *** ****** ** ******** **** ********
I would recommend to go and check for diet in chatgpt rather going to her and spending 1k for 3-5mins of consultation with no use of diet chart
