I went to her because I had been facing anxiety since forever! I had been to doctor's before visiting her, and nothing made me feel better. I always felt like no one can understand me, but she understood. She listened to me carefully and first time in my life, I felt like I mattered. She made me feel like my feelings were normal and valid. I take regular sessions from her, and she helped me with various anxiety reduction techniques. The best part is that she won't feed you with medicines, she actually helps you grow as a person and fight your problems with your will power.

Ms Shourya Gupta was really helpful in my case. She does her job in a particularly exquisite way by just being so friendly. After all, she always brought in the hope that everything's gonna be fine and her methods really seem to be very much helpful to me. She is a very good listener as well. Hi, Rohit Rana this Side from South Delhi. I want to say guys If someone wants to take an counselling session, I would say that you take it from Ms Shourya. She' very best psychologist. Ms Shourya understands the problem very well. Her way of talking is very good.

She is very good listener, tested my mental situation by asking questions in very simple Hinglish, analysed it and gave me tips/ action plan to be work upon. Adherence to those tips made me relax almost immediately from anxiety I was having. I am very thankful to her for helping me to come out of situation
