Connecting with Rashmi Ma'am has been a transformative experience. Right from the first session, she made sure that I felt safe and established a healthy line of communication.I was diagnosed with severe depression and anger issues.It has been over 2 months now and I see improvement in my moods and their tolerance levels. Not only does she help by giving valuable expert therapeutic techniques but also motivates in between sessions.She has always given 100 % attention while I share my experiences. I'm fortunate to find such a doctor.

Sessions are really good…she listens carefully and diagnose the root cause of whatever I share and guides me that way. Day by day , I am improving in every aspect and feeling much much better. Not only this but also,She make me understand in such a way that is more real and honest. I am learning and growing. I feel more confident, empowered and she handles the situation so amazingly which feels like more authentic.

I’ve had one virtual session with Ms. Dhuriya and I could already make out that she’s understood what I’m going through with a family history of depression and what I’m trying to get out of therapy. She is empathetic and non-judgemental. I’d be visiting again for follow ups.

Rashmi has given me a safe space from day 1. The sessions have helped me vent out my feelings and probably have helped me get some clarity in my thoughts regarding what exactly are the issues and how to deal and cope with stressors.
