Dr. Shahid gave me a perspective that I hadn't thought about previously which helped me from the first session itself.

I am still continuing my treatment, and I remain grateful for the positive impact it has had on my life so far.

I had an appointment with my doctor yesterday for a routine check-up. When I arrived, the clinic was calm, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles. After a brief wait, I was called into the examination room. The doctor came in, introduced herself, and asked how I had been feeling. She listened attentively as I described some recent symptoms I’d been having, such as fatigue and slight discomfort in my chest.

She took notes and performed a thorough examination. I appreciated how she took the time to explain each step, making sure I was comfortable and informed. After some tests, she reassured me that nothing major seemed wrong, but she recommended further tests just to be sure. She explained the next steps in a clear and calm manner, and I left the appointment feeling reassured and well-cared-for.

Overall, the experience was positive. The doctor’s professionalism, attention to detail, and empathy made me feel confident in her care. I left the clinic feeling better, knowing I had a clear plan moving forward.

As we all are heading towards a new year (2024) I want to thank the almighty that I met Dr Mir Shahid Ali & he actually made 2023 a life-changing year for me! So, I met Dr Shahid, a clinical psychologist based in Delhi, 3 months back at Mindful, Saket. And today I can proudly say that, if the word 'Savior' had a face it's Dr Shahid.My experience with Dr. Shahid has been highly rewarding. His insightful guidance left a significant impact on my well-being in both the personal & professional front.Dr. Shahid's empathetic demeanour and professional aptitude helped me in unravelling my innermost self. Words are not enough to express my gratitude towards Dr Mir Shahid Ali. I Came across with the Mindful Team In January-2024, And I got my 1st therapy session with Dr Shahid in February-2024. Firstly, I was feeling hesitant about how I am going to discuss my personal issues with Male Doctor. But to my surprise he was very friendly and able to create a comfortable environment where you can find answers to your every question, solutions to your every problem, reasons behind your each & every action & reaction. I am much satisfied, even my family too, with the changed version of me. And this was possible only with the therapy sessions I had with Dr Shahid. God bless him with Good health and long life. Most recommendable.

I tried many doctors before I went to Dr Shahid. Was going through lot of issues in my life. I was having trouble in my relationship and work prominently which resulted in problem in sleep and negative thoughts. I tried therapy before but it looked like motivational lecture in sessions until I went to Dr shahid who helped me in understanding what actually was going on with me. He suggested me to go for a psychological assessment which turned to be very insightful for me. His approach to problems and friendly nature is remarkable. His way of treatment is so simple and effective. Getting an appointment was too difficult, waited for almost 1month for initial appointment but the wait was definitely worth it.
