Ms. Milinder Kaur Bedi

I connected with Dr bedi through practo and spoke to her about my marital issues . She was so warm and humble and listened to my concerns over call. I was sure immediately that she would help me out . After my first session , I felt such a change in my self and the way I looked at things . Second session was together as a couple and she humbly listened to both of are issues and explained us very nicely of our shortcomings and how can we fix the same . I am so grateful for coming to ma'am as she has been a blessing in disguise. Now I am sure that after few more sessions,my life with my partner would be in place .Thank you Dr Bedi.

I eased in the moment we began our session. She reads you so easily and explains the whys and hows of every problem that you walk in with in a v radical sense. It is always a daunting task to find the right therapist, but I’m glad I don’t have to look any further.

Ms Milinder is such a warm and compassionate therapist. She listened to me with complete patience and made me feel at ease. I felt so elated and light after a session with her. She is a wonderful therapist and moreover, she is a great human being, full of love and kindness for her patients.

Just one hour session with Ms. Bedi and it feels a lot lighter. She listens with great patience and understands the root cause of problems. Her genuine guidance was what I was actually looking for and I got what I was looking for. So definitely recommemded.

I would definitely recommend her because she was so patient and calm. She exactly understood what I was feeling and made me realise where I was going wrong. I have visited so many psychologists before but never been so satisfied. I am not saying this just because I have to give a review but I mean every word of it. So definitely go for her.

being my first experience with a counsellor, Milinder ma'am hit the nail right on the head. she explains your problems is the simplest words and most importantly hears you out without being judgemental. she makes you feel comfortable and i think that is the most important step towards tackling mental health issues!

Mam, you are absolutely an amazing and positive person. I never thought meeting you would change my life in 1 day, I have tried everything but couldn’t control my anger and was spoiling my healthy relationship but you saved it. You give an honest help, suggestion and guidance and best part is I’m able to apply your tricks in my real life. I’m able to control my emotions and anger. I’m happy and positive person now. I used to be very stressed but now I feel confident and happy throughout the day. Looking for eats for more helpful sessions with your to overcome my problem permanently 😊

The session with Ms.Bedi was very enriching as she listened patiently, explained where anxieties and issues are coming from and how I can work on them. She was very supportive and encouraging and yet professional and educated about theories and practical ways of implementation to enhance my behavior. She is very empathetic in her work, what made me feel comfortable to talk about deeper issues. Altogether the session was a great fusion between my expression of emotions and getting counselling. Ms. Bedi balanced those two perfectly.
