Its important to eat a balanced Diet and be healthy rather than avoiding any macronutrient . I believe Weight management should be undertaken keeping all health parameters in mind. I don't recommend Fad diets or Crash dieting. That is extremely harmful in the long run and can cause malnutrition. I specialize in diets for people suffering from metabolic disorders as well as Liver and Biliary disorders.
