She always motivates me to make positive changes in my life, by always seeing the potential that I could never see in myself. Her treatments and therapies work like wonders. Not only she has helped me manage my anxieties, she also helped me and my partner to cope and navigate our relationship with positive aspects and support.

I have been seeing Dr.Lovleen Kaur for my long term depression. She is very good with her therapy sessions and techniques. She makes you feel very comfortable, listens to all that you have to say patiently. The best part is that she really knows the problem and gives you precise and correct explanations for the same. Her knowledge on the subject is so good that whatever you tell her she will understand immediately and give you an alternative way of thinking plus solutions. I was really in a bad phase but within just one session I followed what she had told me and instantly felt so much better. If anyone is suffering from any kind of stress,anxiety ,depression or any trauma issues or any other kind of issues that you are hesitant about talking to with any person you can really give her a visit or consult her online. I myself have consulted her online and I am so happy . She is like a friend very understanding . I thought that maybe therapy needs to have an in -person visit to work in a better way but even online works really well. As I am in a different city therefore it is very helpful that she is available online too. Thank you so much to her , I now have a complete faith that I will come out of all the issues that I have been facing for long.
