My experience with Lisha Ma'am is exceptional, it was my first time seeking for psychological help and it was all worth it with her, she is my therapist over a year now and since the day I met her, I found my safe space to talk about my most serious life which I don't share outside much. I took help for relationship as well as my own struggles with anxiety, panic attacks and depression. She helped me in each stages of it, helped me knowing about myself more and created a space which I wouldn't wanna leave that quickly even now I have recovered. It's like I love talking to her about my problems as well as my success and happiness too. She cheers me up and listens and responds equally.
