Working with Ms Laavanya has been a really transformative experience. The thing that is most appreciative about her is the ground work that she does, decoding patterns and intentions and loopholes , the very essence of CBT, which she does rather impressively. The first thing I noticed about Laavanya was her ability to make you feel completely relaxed. I did not feel any nervousness while talking to her about things I had kept to myself for ages. I think her greatest strength is the way she designs her sessions to be client-led so you always feel you are her priority. I found many constructive tools with her, she is able to customise based on your needs and has a great understanding of all kinds of cultural backgrounds.
She helped me immensely with my anxiety - in roughly 10 sessions I was able to overcome my crippling social anxiety to a point where I could even go out alone.

She is sensitive towards social locations and I think that is her plus point.
