Session on time, very clear explanations. I felt much better after just the first session. I felt that she had such a good way of communicating that I could just talk freely without having any fear. Every session we have insight and I try new strategies that actually work. I am seeing a big positive change in myself, Laavanya has been a blessing!
The first thing I noticed about Laavanya was her ability to make you feel completely relaxed. I did not feel any nervousness while talking to her about things I had kept to myself for ages. I think her greatest strength is the way she designs her sessions to be client-led so you always feel you are her priority. I found many constructive tools with her, she is able to customise based on your needs and has a great understanding of all kinds of cultural backgrounds.
She helped me immensely with my anxiety - in roughly 10 sessions I was able to overcome my crippling social anxiety to a point where I could even go out alone.

She is a compassionate and empathetic person. She listens to you patiently and doesn't draw a conclusion instantly but tries to delve into your past and draw a cognitive lead through it. I think she is brilliant and very patient and if one gets to be her client a steady dismantling of your problems will surely happen and one will feel better for longer. She is sensitive towards social locations and I think that is her plus point.
