I am completely satisfied with treatment. Getting result in just two visits.

I visited Dr. Kunal for pain in elbow bones. He explained the issue clearly and treated it really well. He also gave me some good advice and guided me right direction, for getting more fit.

I am quite satisfied with the performance. I am 91 years plus diagnosed with oesteo arthritis. I have been undertaking physiotherapy sessions from past 6 to 7 years. The result is exemplary. Before taking physiotherapy I had fallen down on ground and had become senseless. Moreover, there was a nagging pain in my knees which restricted my movements. Now I am relieved of my physical problems and leading n active life and feel much younger.

I have taken long individual treatment from Dr. Kunal. He promised me complete recovery in 3 to 4 months (which initially worked), ** *** ******** ******* ** *** **** ** **** ** ********** ** ** ******* *** ** **** *** ********* **** ******** *** ***** **** * ** * ******** **** ****** The most ironical part was the fact that he failed to follow up, despite the fact that I requested him to contact, and I am sure same was the case with other patients.

I also withdraw the positive feedback which i had initial made in the trail feedback.

Hello sir, its been more than a year when i have given treatment to you. (In 2015, for your neck shoulder and arm pain which was your original complaint ) At that time, it was your feedback that you are 90% recovered within 2-3 months and we started with physical work out with physio ball and theraband just make you fit.( Means you are cured for your problems) If you remember sir, After that u have told me that you are going out of station and will contact me after coming back but its been a year sir, you didn't contact. In between, i called your mother to know about your status, she didn't receive my calls. Pls tell me then, how did i know about your status and condition . Sir ,if you remember i had also given you sessions at your workplace and on field during matches for which i had to travel out of my way ( which was initially given to you at your home in odd hours too). I had provided my maximum to make you feel better. Last month, you called me and said that now i want Physiotherapy sessions just for general fitness ,not regarding my problem which was originally your neck, shoulder and arm pain. ( It means you are fine sir) I replied to you sir that i am not available as I have my appointments scheduled and also i told you that i will let you know if someone is there to provide you the services you want. I request you to please provide feedbacks with accurate details. Have a nice day sir. Thanx and Regards

****** ************** ***** *** ****** . Got the appointement booked through practo for 6 pm for physiothetapy of my back well in advance for SIMM clinic multan nagar *** *** **** ** ***** ********* *** ******** ** ******* Also i was told by staff that i should call before coming to clinic to check doctor availability. I was also told that doctor isn't available . Lastly to our surprise i was told that doctor Nevers sits in the clinic for timeslot for whic i got the appointement booked for that clinic i should visit their rohini clinic.

I hope doctor should care about their patients time..it is their staff duty to inform patients about the change in schedule...

Their team wanted me to cancel the appointement on practo to ensure their ratings doesnt get affected.. next day they texted me on wts app and told me to come in morning. However when i took leave on friday i was told doctor will come after 3 pm..

Highly unprofessional staff and doctor wont recommend him...

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you . However you were not told by any of the staff to come in the morning that is on Friday 4th March 2022. You were already informed about the schedule and timings in the afternoon. You yourself inquired on Friday morning and in reply you were informed that Doctor is in Oldage home and will be available in the afternoon. Patients need to call before coming so that treatment rooms could be sanitized timely before patients’ arrival. Thanks
