Proud to be a part of the Vardan fitness and wellness family for 6 months now.First of all For anyone facing an issue that requires physiotherapy, Vardan is the undoubtedly the go-to centre for all ages. As I visited I realised that the fitness centre of Vardan is the perfect solution to my long tiring search of the suitable fitness centre for females with personalised attention and congenial environment. I’ve personally witnessed numerous patients who came to Kanika Ma’am(senior doctor physiotherapist) with extreme pain and discomfort with the hope of finding reliable and affordable treatment with full transparency. And based on my one on one conversations with such patients I’m happy to share that not only were their expectations met to the fullest but they were also motivated to carry forward their transformative journey with Vardan by joining the fitness Center. This helped them achieve sustainable health and bring in positive lifestyles habits.

Now they are all part of my group at the fitness centre creating a diverse & safe community of positive and motivated individuals.I can confidently recommend this place to any teenage girl or senior citizen lady or obese male. It is a inclusive and safe space to grow at your own pace with daily personalised attention and customised advise from Sumeet Sir. Sumeet Sir is not just a fitness instructor and trainer but also the heart and soul of this Center who maintains high spirits and lively environment at all times. It is not just any other GYM where we go for just cardio and strength training but rather a fitness centre which also focuses on yoga, functional training and more to keep the routines interesting enough to continue over months. I’ve gained confidence and positivity by safely loosing weight with out any steroids within a few months only.Certain aspects I personally love about the experience are the personal fitness cards laying out weekly routines, diet discussions , monthly challenges with exciting merchandise. Personally I really appreciate how Kanika Mam & Sumeet Sir generously carry the entire staff and clients as one connected family.

For both physio and fitness Vardan is a no brainer.

I visited Vardan Physiotherapy centre for acute cervical and frozen shoulder pain after my surgery. Dr. Kanika carefully evaluated my condition after going through all the medical reports and provided therapy aimed at my specific case. The whole team of physiotherapists under the leadership of Dr. Kanika are extremely professionals in their respective fields and are very supportive. The place has a really friendly atmosphere. After my treatment, I am feeling much better now. I would like to recommend this clinic to all the patients for their health problems specially back pain, joint pains, knee problems etc.

My mother was suffering from nerve injury and there was a point when she wasn’t able to walk. Then she visited the clinic and Dr. Kanika assures that she will recover in a month and thankfully it happened. We have seen the recovery from the very first session.

Hi my name is Reena Munjal and i belong to Delhi..i had been overweight since my puberty and i had never been a active person..i would always find a little excuses of not doing exercises..though i used to go for my walks but exercises were a big No No for me..i had joined many gyms in the past but never been consistent..hardly did any gym for not more than 10 days or so..always had a excuse of not going..then i joined Vardan and thought of giving it a last try..i joined vardan in Dec 2020 and after joining i have never skipped a single day..my instructor Sumit Sir is really very nice cooperative and very encouraging..the environment is just like family..i have understood the right meaning of exercise over here..my health has improved a lot since joining..now i am encouraging my friends to join for a better health
