I have been associated with Dr Vikas Khanna since 2022. I had gone to find out what exactly I was going through and how I could effectively come to terms with my life at that point in time. I clearly told him that he was the 11th psychologist I was visiting and I didn’t know if i would have trust in him going forward. Even after this, he stayed calm and tried to understand my emotions, my triggers and what could work the most in my case. He didn’t try to impose his thought process on to me and kept everything very scientific and evidence based. I was pretty tired of people in this field who would impose their belief system and perceptions on to their patients and lacked the ability to stay neutral with their patients. With Dr Vikas, I am totally at ease and can express myself without any hesitation. Last, but not the least if I have a disagreement with his advice which has been there quite a few times then also he listens to my point intently and takes that into account before concluding the conversation. If there’s any cognitive, emotional or mental health issue that you are struggling with then you should contact him without giving a second thought to it.

i actually got a new life ...after being in severe depression for more than a year.
