I am incredibly grateful to Dietitian Vidhi and her Vital Balance 360° method. When I began, my insulin resistance seemed overwhelming. It's probably too early to comment or give a feedback on Vidhi. I found her to be a pretty, young *** * ************* ********* who could explain the reasons of gaining weight and how to bring it down by following a discipline and her advise

To be honest, I wasn't prepared to get into choosing a package and had thought that would get a one time diet chart BUT probably that's the way mostly all dietitian's work.

I got my WEEK ONE plan and will start following religiously and am sure with my efforts, the diet advised, will be able to bring my weight down.....I am sure Vidhi has a good success rate so far and will add on to it....

I recently took a session with a dietician Dr. Vidhi. She is so good at her job. She started the process by collecting information about my lifestyle and everything such as what I eat daily, what I do, exercise, and all. After considering everything she suggested a whole excellent diet plan to me. She didn't tell me to stop anything I do or eat but limited it at a certain point. She is the best motivator. She helped me to balance things out and maintain my diet. It was a remarkable session. Highly recommended

She motivates a person throughout their weight loss/gain journey and helps them to boost themselves .
