I had a wonderful experience following the diet plan for the past three months. I started at 73 kg and by the end of the plan my weight reduced to 66 kg, which made me feel much healthier and more confident.

My experience with ms Umang bhel is really very good when I started I had doubts that I can weight loss with diet because I m trying very hard from past 1 year but not getting results than one days I think of consultant with dietitian because I know there is something wrong with my diet so I found ms Umang bhel there & she quickly replies & assured me that I can loose weight with her diet plan so I started with doubts but now I came up with the results. I lost around 8 kg in one and half months. This is great achievement for me, when I started I was 51 kg & now I am 43 before pregnancy I was 46 but after having baby I started gaining weight & I am not so heighted person so i look fat & all people whose know me start making fun of me that u become fat ,I was very skinny before marriage but after having baby it becomes worse. But now I m happy to see me ,I feel light , healthy &more energetic.i got tried very easily before but I don't face such kind of problems. She really help me in my weight lose journey.
