My experience with ms Umang bhel is really very good when I started I had doubts that I can weight loss with diet because I m trying very hard from past 1 year but not getting results than one days I think of consultant with dietitian because I know there is something wrong with my diet so I found ms Umang bhel there & she quickly replies & assured me that I can loose weight with her diet plan so I started with doubts but now I came up with the results. I lost around 8 kg in one and half months. This is great achievement for me, when I started I was 51 kg & now I am 43 before pregnancy I was 46 but after having baby I started gaining weight & I am not so heighted person so i look fat & all people whose know me start making fun of me that u become fat ,I was very skinny before marriage but after having baby it becomes worse. But now I m happy to see me ,I feel light , healthy &more energetic.i got tried very easily before but I don't face such kind of problems. She really help me in my weight lose journey. She always ready to respond & she always has solution of my all problems.

I have been working in a software company for 5 years now , due to odd timings I was not able to exercise properly and was not into a healthy nutritious diet.

I visisted Dr Behl for fat loss. I had tried various techniques for fat loss for 2 years prior to consulting her, but had limited success. With Dr Behl's Diet plan I was able to lose 5% body fat in 2 months. I went from 23% to 18%. I found that her diet plan was quite accommodating. I got to know about Ms. Umang Behl through Practo 1.5 months back. I wanted to lose 6-7 kgs since a long time. Today marks the completion of 6 months weight loss journey ( though I will inculcate these healthy habits for lifetime).

I thank you from the bottom of my heart, I learned that we can reduce weight by eating which I never used to believe. Before meeting you on Practo I was in disastrous frame of my mind because of the number I used to weigh on scale and with that frame of mind I had to enjoy my newly started motherhood journey!! It was so tough!! I was struggling so hard so I started with keto and intermittent fasting and what not but nothing was working for me that’s when I realised I need professional help!
