I first experienced the back pain in May 2017. I took physiotherapy for 10-15 days and pain disappeared. However, it re-occur in August 2017 and thereafter I did physiotherapy exercises for almost a year. I was not able to drive even for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I was forced to take help of spine belt, few days of bed rest also. Things were not improving at all rather it get worsen as pain started to travel in my right leg + some tickling also in right foot. Then I visited QI Clinic and met Dr. Sushma Vats. She examined me, my sitting postures and customized the exercises according to my body needs. It helped me a lot and within one month I was able to drive with certain precautions. Things improved within 3-4 months and at present all the symptoms (pain and tickling) were almost negligible. The frequent review and necessary changes in exercises based on my feedback was the best part of her treatment.

Firstly they started with pain relieving program with mild exercises..When pain was bit stable then they took DSA test and not surprisingly result was not good even after that dr Sushma told me that we can work on this...Then device exercise were also started slowly my condition started improving very much.I started traveling and doing house old work of my own and could play with my kids..Now sometimes I feel like I never had any pain...Thank you so much QI spine clinic team..
