Dr. Surendra Yadav (Physiotherapist)

6 months back I got an ankle sprain due to a bike accident and 3 months back I got an injury in my AC joint during physical work-out. I visited many orthopaedist as well as various physiotherapist including Appollo hospitals but I found limited improvement from various therapies from various physiotherapists. Due to slow healing process of injury in AC joint, an arthiritis has started to develop in my left shoulder area which caused severe pain and restricted the movement of my left shoulder, even i could not be able to wear my t-shirt. Further, due to ankle sprain, i lost the strength and stability in my left foot. I usually got swelling while walking & running and I never felt stable on my left foot. One day i visited an orthopaedist Dr. Abhishek jain in Delhifoot at triton hospital through practo by reading good reviews about the doctor. The doctor gave a steroid injection on AC joint alongwith some medicines and referred me to physiotherapist Dr. Surender Yadav at Triton itself for taking myoficia release and other physio treatments.

I decided to make one more attempt and visited Dr. Surender yadav. I am very happy that I did so, the shoulder pain is all gone and ankle is also stable. Now I feel confident to walk and run both.

Dr surendra yadav is very nice, friendly and experienced physiotherapist. He does his job very sincerely. He listen the problem very patiently and give enough time to diagnose the problem. *** **** **** ** *** ********* * **** *** *** ********** ******. He is technically very sound and confident about his treatment. I am very much satisfied with his treatment and honestly recommend for this doctor to all the patients who are having any type of physio problems. One more important thing I want to mention about his clinic that the equipment and instrument he use, is of very good quality and result oriented.

I visited Dr. Surendra Yadav for my mother who needed to be treated for a stress fracture. As soon as i visited the physiotherapy room, it gave a very positive vibe. Then, Dr. Yadav greeted us and made us understand the problem and the related treatment that will be followed. I found him to be extremely professional and friendly at the same time. He made my mother understand the probelm very calmly. The staff, Noor and Mandeep were very helpful and followed Dr. Yadav's instructions. My mother fully recovered by the last session of physiotherapy as estimated by Dr. Surendra Yadav. I would highly recommend him for any physiotherapy related problems.

I decided to make one more attempt and visited Dr. Surender yadav. I am glad I did, the pain is all gone and now feel confident to play on front foot :)

Thoroughly explained in simple terms the issue with my foot i.e. stiffness of calves and hamstrings which I understood well. Apart from his physiotherapy, he explained simple exercises I can perform by myself at home. Will come back for more therapy.
