I was facing patty liver grade 2, my doctor recommended for 1600 calories diet, I wanted to consult with specialist & visited Doc Shalini for the same.
In consultation Doc explained me in details, me & my wife understood where was the problem area in our diet.
I took three months plan, with very few changes in foods as in what we are cooking at home same food with suggested recipes, quantities with proper timing to follow in diet plan.

Hi! We all try number of ways to reduce the weight but we either lose the motivation within a week or we give up already rather being consistent. Learnt this in a wonderful way by reaching out to Dr. Shalini, that you can eat your heart out with all the helthy things in a way you like and be consistent with it. Both myself and my husband reached out to Dr. Shalini through Google and her reviews were simply great, we wanted someone to guide us in a better way with proper intake of food. Initially we were sceptical as it would be like any other diet where they have lot restrictions which will make you feel irritated and give up soon. But her diet plans are so amazing that it doesn't make you feel like you are on a diet and easy to follow, with recommended time of exercise. I never knew that one day I will also be writing on practo about my weight loss. So, I started my journey on weight loss 24 August and till now I have lost 8 kgs, because of which I started loving my body. I feel more energetic and active. When I actually started my weight loss Challenge I was not feeling to cook anything for me, after being married doctor told me you're gaining weight because of your unhealthy sleeping patterns and that very moment she helped me by taking one step and that is by writing down my schedule at night about my daily tasks for whole day. I did this for two weeks and within three days I noticed I was getting better sleep, as already know and was clear about my next day plan. So this idea not only helped me to get better sleep but I found within one I lost my unwanted 3 kgs weight.
Apart from this I would also want to highlight one more thing. I really my meals throughout the day. Her amazing diet plan just make my day everyday.

But the session lacked depth. Felt rushed after a short discussion on overall health journey, leading to preset assumptions that I was overly Ayurveda-leaning, without taking time to understand that I value both traditional and nutritional science together.***** ***** ** ************ ***************** ******** * *** ***** ** ****** ******* ****. No meaningful follow-up, no trackable metrics, no long-term direction.
I almost feel apologetic writing this feedback because I approached after doing extensive research and had high expectations but unfortunately disappointing and forgettable experience overall.
