Dr. Sakshi Kochhar Have been always passionate to understand human behavior, passionate towards helping clients for transforming their life. Has done Masters in Clinical Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University, a Central University in 2009. Has been working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She provides psychotherapy to patients having anxiety, stress, and depression. She had been mentored by Dr(Prof) R K Suri Leading Chartered Clinical Psychologist who has mentored me on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Positive Psychology principles.
I connected Dr. Sakshi over phone call regarding my anxiety issue. I felt heard. The doctor was polite and has listened to my issue carefully. She suggested basis therapy which can help me to reduce my anxiety.
