I had a really positive experience with Sakshi. She is patient, understanding, and creates a comfortable space to talk openly. Her approach feels thoughtful and supportive, and I’ve found our sessions genuinely helpful.

Recently, I experienced severe lower back pain that radiated from my hip down to my calf. The pain was so intense that I was unable to sit or even bend my left leg. I consulted Dr. Saakshi, whom I have known for a few years, as she had previously treated me for similar back and muscle issues.

Her treatment is very effective - it usually takes just 2 to 3 sessions for significant relief. In fact, after just two sittings, about 99% of the pain was gone. Since then, whenever I face this kind of pain or injury, I prefer to visit Dr. Saakshi.

I recently visited Dr. Saakshi for a rotator cuff injury and completed four sessions with her. From day one, she was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely empathetic. She took the time to clearly explain the root cause of my injury and the recovery plan, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.

I was suffering from a severe muscle sprain around my shoulders and back , so much so that I could not lie down straight , sneeze or take deep breaths. No amount of painkillers and muscle relaxants were of help untill I met Dr. Saakshi and she immediately diagnosed my issue. It was my first ever consultation with a PT and I never expected to have had such a detailed conversation about the problem, it’s causes and the subsequent solution. She was diligent in her diagnosis and also the treatment. A severe pain and discomfort that lasted for more than 2 weeks was relieved within a course of 3 days only. She never suggested any pills , neither did she linger the process. I am totally satisfied and in relief post the treatment she carried out.

I was suffering from severe neck pain, mild swelling and spasm. On the first day Dr Sakshi just gave me US therapy for 3-4 minutes and then moist heat pack for 5 minutes for my severe neck pain or spasm. She had charged 800 Rs just for this. Next day she she gave the same thing along with some vibrations too. But she was treating other patients too along with me ***** ** *** ** *** * ************ ********** A lady was already on the patient couch taking some treatment and she had started giving US therapy to me just next to her. And then one other men came to her for his session she took him along with me when I was sitting with the moist heat pack. I did not like her ways at all as she was wrapping the same towel with moist heat pack for every patient. When I had gone the next day she wrapped the heat pack in the towel and had kept that on one lady's back, after that she had applied the same towel for me at my neck and then she had used the same towel for other patient also on his knees. Did not find this hygienic at all.
