Dr. Rupall ShahhDr. Rupall Shahh is a Consultant Licensed Rehabilitation and Clinical Psychologist, Child Psychologist,Couple & Family Therapist, Relationship Therapist, and Life Coach. She is also trained as a Graphologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Healer. With more than 18 years of extensive experience, she provides psychological counselling, testing, specialised therapies, and healing services to children,adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients. A dedicated meditation practitioner for over 20 years, she strongly believes in a holistic mind–body–soul approach to emotional and psychological well-being.She practices a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including: CBT, REBT, ERP,DBT, ACT, EFT, EMDR, Systematic Desensitization, MET, MBT, Behavioural Therapy, ParentingInterventions, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Relaxation Techniques, and otherintegrative approaches.She conducts workshops and lectures on mental health awareness, de-addiction, stress management,work–life balance, time and productivity management, emotional wellness, and lifestyle enhancementacross corporates, educational institutions, communities, and online/offline platforms.Her academic background includes a Ph.D. in Health Psychology, Post Graduate Diplomas in Rehabilitation Psychology and Counselling & Hypnotherapy, a Master's in Clinical Psychology, andspecialized diplomas in Child Counselling, Couple & Family Therapy, and multiple therapeutic andhealing modalities.She worked as a Licensed Consultant Psychologist at Global Hospital Research Centre for 14 years,until 2020, offering comprehensive clinical services and contributing to major mental health andcommunity initiatives.She has been honoured with the “Swasth Shri” National Award for her research in spirituality and mental health. Her research has been published in leading journals including the National Journal of Positive Psychology and the Phoenix International Journal of Psychology and Social Science.From 2017 to 2022, she served as a Visiting Psychologist at Air Force Station, Mount Abu. Since 2015, she has been a faculty member for the Contact Program of the PG Diploma in Counseling & SpiritualHealth (Annamalai University).She has worked as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at NeuroPsyche Centre and Venkateshwar Hospital, and as Senior Clinical Psychologist, Child Psychologist, and Couple Therapist at SarvodayaHospital, Noida (till December 2025). She has also provided corporate mental health services through Santulan Clinic and runing her own mental health practice as Wellness Centre for Mental Health, in Dwarka, Delhi.
