Dr. Ruchi Sharma has been very helpful, kind and empathetic to my problems. She is a very patient listener and her guidance has been very useful for me in my treatment of ADHD.
I’m not a fan of meds in case of ADHD as it was a horrible experience for me taking them. In case you’re like me and prefer clinical psychology over psychiatry, then Dr. Ruchi is my recommendation.

Dr Ruchi is very kind in her approach towards her patients. She listens with a lot of empathy and provides solutions that helps one to lead a peaceful and productive day to day life. She provides a lot of techniques in order to be able to tackle the problems the patient has. Her positive approach surely makes one believe that they are getting better. I highly recommend her.

When a parent comes he/she comes as they are themselves overwhelmed with x,y or x stuff of their kid..Any assumption or possibility of any issue cannot be made on the basis of only a parent’s concern..one on one interaction with the kid is first step to look into the matter specifically when a child can very well speak ..then their are n number of ways to extract things out of a child like art therapy..in just one meeting with only the parent one cannot go for a specific test that too the terminology of which is overwhelming for a parent..
Look at the plight of a parent that time..he/she goes through sleepless night..whole night looks for answers googling things and understanding them and realises it’s just not true..
Next morning parent visits again as he/she is overwhelmed as he/she doesn’t support the conclusion made by the psychologist without meeting the child…and then when the parent asks as to what made the psychologist think like that..psychologist is ANNOYED..
Had it been any other department I would have still taken it..but psychology.*** **** * ************ ******* **** *** ** *** ******* ** ********** *** ****** **** ** ****** ******And then the psychologist asks whom should I treat you or your child..for whom you took this session..I mean seriously..A parent and a child is connected..if you can’t understand at least don’t add on to parents worry..One seeks a psychologist only when one is struggling to figure out things psychologically..please don’t add on that…
It’s a sincere advise to those who are seeking help for kids please refer to a child psychologist who are specialised in child psychology and understand connect of a parent and a child..
Don’t want anyone to go through the experience I had..Mental health is crucial ..please be sure that it’s upkeep is in safe hands....
