Dr. Ritu Gaur is a young, dynamic & renowned naturopath & master in yoga. She has introduced the concept of healthy living in all leading government sectors & mnc’s. With her versatile personality, she has conducted health and stress management also skill development programme in various PSU's, ministries and is a very much known figure there.
She started a mission in 2004 for the promotion of naturopathy (Indian System of Therapies) to educate people about health, its importance and how to restore health via preventive health care therapies by conducting health based workshops. She introduced life skills
