Dr. Richa is expert and focussed in her area of work. I visited her for a casual check up but I was surprised the way she was giving so much attention to every minute detail i was sharing. The best part is that it's just the small changes in diet and routine that made all the difference.
I am very thankful to her as I have lost around 8 Kgs so far in 4 months and that too with minimal efforts plus you gey more energetic, healthy and positive about yourself.
I would recommend you not only for weight management but to get a healthy diet which everyone should look for.
I visited multiple dietitian before meeting Richa...Most of the dietitian just focusing on earning as much as from the patients but when I meet Richa I found she have same attitude towards rich and low class patients.
She listened your problem and provide you the best solution.
I loose 8 kg weight in just 2 months by following her diet plan.
Best part of her diet is that she allow me to eat almost every thing which I like..:-)
I must say if you are looking for good diet plan then you must visit atleast once to her.

I have been facing back ache & digestion problem since long...tried alopathic medicine to reduce pain....but temporary relief....came across dr richa's profile....thought of trying on my diet also....as dr z not very far-off from my residence....went to consult her...she planned my diet in such a manner that without missing on wat i generally eat...i started feeling better with my aches...my digestion improved....
we all r health conscious these days...but most of the time dont know the right time & combination of foods to be taken....she planned my diet in such a manner that now things hv become easier for me....thanks Dr Richa.....
