Hands down one of the worse experiences I have had with a doctor in my entire life. Even though he has positive reviews, I should have known I was not going to have a good experience when he refused to spend more that 3 minutes talking to me about my skin condition. I went in, he asked me the issue and some generic questions and then made a cheesy joke about the follow up appointment. He told me my acne scars are not acne scars, but rather freckles. Then he told me I may have an hormonal imbalance and that he will treat that in the follow up appointment. He took two photos of me with his ipad and asked me to leave, obviously after writing me this huge prescription filled with all the products I need to buy from his clinic, as you know he will give me a discount. I told him about the cream he suggested, saying it wont work as my skin is dehydrated and it needs something stronger, but he was very confident- after all he spend a good 3 minutes to know everything about my skin, which I ,obviously, couldn't possibly comprehend about myself in the last 28 years. After spending all my money on this, I went home pretty happy hoping okay he is a doctor, he knows what he is doing and thats where I would like to believe I messed up, because I should have taken a second review- lesson learnt!
So the result of this entire visit and treatment is that my acne has increased by times 3! I get new pimples on a daily basis, and the most wonderful part is when I called him (His mobile and clinic) to discuss this urgent issue and requested a call back, he never bothered. Perhaps, because he was done squeezing the money he needed to in the first visit and now will be doing the same in the follow up by 'fixing' this reaction I am having due to the medicine HE gave me.
Everyone here is writing how great of a person he is and he listens and all that stuff. I am sure he is a great person, *** *** * ***** ******* Not only has he ruined my face, but he has crushed my self confidence. And it is something I have had to consciously work on for the last 12 years- all it took him is a total of 3 weeks to crush it.
Dr. Ranjan- I am sure you are a great human being, but like mentioned earlier in my case you were a bad doctor with no basic courtesy of calling your patient back when they request an urgent call back. And its my humble request for your future patients, if you dont have ample time to give to check their issue and listen to them, please dont set up an appointment with them.

Despite of knowing that the doctor suggested some tests and told; he will confirm over the call and share recommendations.
