A passionate Audiologist & Speech Pathologist Ms. Ramya Kapooria finished her Masters in Audiology and Speech Pathology from Sri Ramchandra Medical College, Chennai. she has worked mostly for children with hearing loss. she has been working for theses children and providing them with the best available technology for their hearing loss for more than 8 years. she has always followed the patient-centered approach for treatment. "The best way to achieve a good outcome is through following a family-centered approach" this is what she believes in. According to her, the families of children with hearing loss should actively be involved in the assessment process. The audiologist must engage the family in deciding on intervention strategies. The family must be educated and empowered so that they can take charge in ensuring the best outcome for their child.
