Dr. Rakhi Ratnam (Physiotherapist)

Dr. Rakhi Ratnam is a very good physiotherapist who takes adequate time after a proper diagnosis. The facilities at the center are excellent, and the staff is very courteous. Overall, it was a good experience with clear explanations and reasonable wait times.

I was in great discomfort, and not sure why my problem had got excarcebated after two months. But Dr Rakhi listened very carefully and then explained what she thought might have happened. And then gave her diagnosis.

She explained what she would do and the likely duration of the treatment.

Dr Rakhi then went on to start the treatment.

I felt very comfortable being assured that she was on the right track. After the session was over, I felt greatly relieved and the tension was considerably lesser...

Dr Rakhi and her colleague Dr Hitesh are experienced *** ************* and treat patients collaboratively. Dr Rakhi identifies issues and offers effective therapy to relieve pain using a comprehensive and individualized programme. The centre is well equipped, warm and clean. The staff is courteous and strictly follow COVID SOP. I felt secure and reassured of the high safety and hygiene standards throughout my three week treatment. All the equipment is sanitized before and after each usage by patients. Thanks to her guidance,I am on my way to recovery from a chronic pain and already benefitting from some easy to follow-at-home exercises.

Hello, yes so I'm footballer and want to pursue football as my professional career but months back I was struck by injury in my left knee. Ya so I came to ma'am for my ACL SPRAIN , LATERAL MENISCUS DESCOID , MEDIAL MENSICUS 1ST GRADE TEAR . The day I came I was very hope less bcouzzz my right knee was also not ohk. I told ma'am Everything she examined everything and then my therapy started . So to be very prank ma'am is very understanding, friendly and motivating. So now im just praying that I get ohk soon and soon starts playing football as soon as possible.

Dr Rakhi is a physiotherapist par excellence. I have been treated by her on a number of occasions for my back and knee ailments. I go to her in pain and I come out smiling. Dr Rakhi has a very good understanding of her patients needs and takes a very focused and calm approach to assess, determine and diagnose problems; and works hard for the betterment of her patients. Apart from her medical expertise, Dr Rakhi is a very friendly and kind person. I would recommend her any day without a second thought. And i am glad to have her as a care giver.

Rakhi Ma'am was incharge of my physio sessions (and other than one or two occassions, my pain treatment as well). She is very good at what she does. She supervises you closely and makes sure you do the exercises properly. She's also marvellously good at getting you to push yourself despite her gentle manner. After exercising and being treated for pain regularly for about a month at the facility, I was told to carry on the exercises at home and visit the facility once a week. My shoulder feels much stronger and more stable. Thanks to one particular exercise she made me do, I have much greater control in overhead movements involving my injured shoulder. I may have mentioned this already but I need to stress on this: She is extremely nice and friendly. I am slowly getting back to weight training. I plan to continue with the rehab exercises indefinitely to maintain and further enhance the strength and stability of my shoulder. Hopefully in a year or so I can get back into combat sports. Will write another review then, but for now... thank you Rakhi Ma'am and everyone at the Physio Expert Clinic. Highly recommend visiting this place to treat any injury.

Dr. Rakhi is simply the connoisseur of physiotherapy. I was suffering from chronic neck pain and went to her. She worked with me for few weeks and the results are ineffable.

Apart from her expertise, One of the best things you will find with her is her optimism. She tackles a problem with very positive and constructive attitude .

Other staf members are also very good. They are polite and very helpful .

I was troubled by shoulder pain since the last few months. I am extremely satisfied by Ms. Rakhi. Her technique and skills are very good and within a few sessions I noticed visible improvement in my condition. Her treatment and advice has been instrumental in my recovery and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a good physiotherapist for themselves/family members.
