The issue was with my back, after an MRI I discovered that I had a bulge between L4 and L5, due to which I wasn’t able to walk even for a few minutes without pain and was always in a bad and irritated mood but once I consulted Dr. Poonam (PT) she explained my problem, gave me a 6-weeks guidance to full recovery and some lifestyle changes advice- all of which I followed diligently. In just a week my pain went away, in another week my walk became normal and in total of 40days or so I fully recovered. I’m not taking any nerve medications too now which Dr Naval Bhatia (orthopaedic)gave me for pain management and his experience in his field of work is also commendable. Overall my experience was outstanding and the clinic has a very soothing and positive vibe. Everyone is polite and compassionate about caring for their patients.
