I am able to come out of my stuckness,she makes you question yourself which moves you in to analysis mode of your pattern. When you confront you are able to work on it. She gives homework also which makes you sit withyourself and work at root cause. One thing is the time of session should be 1 full hour according to the session charges, manytimes things feel incomplete due to 45minutes session when she ends the session.
