Two months ago, I visited Manipal Dwarka for a hair fall issue and Dr. Neha Tandon was the only doctor available. Unfortunately, she completed the consultation in just two minutes. She didn't even sit up straight while seeing me, and she seemed uninterested in hearing my concerns. I had brought a detailed blood report, which she didn't even look at. I had to mention my severe vitamin D deficiency myself. Today I visited the opd dermatology department at Manipal Hospital in Dwarka and had a very disappointing experience. I went to see Dr. Neha Tandon for issues related to my hair and skin. Unfortunately, from the moment the consultation began, it was clear that the doctor was not interested in listening to my concerns.

Despite my attempts to explain my symptoms and medical history, I felt completely dismissed and that my issues were not taken seriously. The consultation felt rushed, *** * **** ******* ********* *** ******** This is not the level of care I expect from a reputed hospital like Manipal.

Patients deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns addressed thoughtfully. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such experiences do not happen to others.

Took my sister for burn injury but she couldn't really provide the resolution.
